Resolutions or Goals?

I read a blog earlier today at jeremythiessen.typepad.com that said this,

"What's fun about goals is the end point, the completion... What's fun about resolutions, on the other hand, is the announcement. Resolutions feel good coming out of our mouths, but they lack enforcement."

I totally agree with that statement. How many times have we told ourselves that we wanted to lose weight? read the Bible more? make more money? or spend more time with our family? etc.
And till this day we still haven't achieved it.
We'll instead of making resolutions, make goals. Strategies your plan. Give yourself a time limit to achieve these goals and be serious about them.
But before anything go into prayer and present your goals on to God. Know what He wants you to accomplish.

Habakkuk 2:2 says, Then the Lord said to me, "Write my answer in large, clear letters on a tablet, so that a runner can read it and tell everyone else.

Write down your God given goals that you want to achieve this year and get ready for the end point!
