Beach Body: Series 1: Part 8

Hey boys and girls! 
Welcome to another edition of the Beach Body Series. Hope you are enjoying it as much as I am doing and writing it. I wanted to make an announcement. Tomorrow our Beach Body Series will be through VIDEO! Yes VIDEO!
I am in the works of developing another section in dedicated to vlogs (video blogs).One of my channel vlogs will be dedicated to Fitness & Health. I will most likely be a once a week thing for now but if things pick up and I get great feedback from you guys, then it can possibly become a daily thing in the Beach Body Series.
To give you a heads up tomorrow we will be targeting Shoulders, and some Biceps.

As of today, here it goes:

Wake up time: 5:00am

Gym Arrival: 5:30am

Light to Medium Cardio: 12min.
Light meaning that I began by walking then half way began to perform a light jog to warm up the muscles and get good blood flow through out my body.

Abdominals: 15-20min.
  • Superset: Crunches with Balance Wheel w/ Oblique Crunches: 3sets/10-15x
  • Side Bends on 45 degree: 3sets/12-15x
Chest: 30-40min.
  • Standing Resistant Band Presses: 3sets/15-20x
  • Superset: Bench Press w/ Dumbbell to Push Ups: 3x/10-12x
  • Superset: Incline Bench Press w/ Dumbbell to Incline Push Ups: 3x/10-12x
  • Superset: Decline Bench Press w/ Dumbbell to One Arm Cable Crossover: 3x/10-12x
  • Seated Incline Cable Butterflies: 3sets/12-15x
Light Cardio: 12min.

Great workout! I am feeling good and starting to see some good results. Hope you are pursuing your Beach Body this Year!
